4. Can I decline jobs if I don't want them, and will it affect my rating?
Yes, you can decline jobs if they don't align with your skills,
availability, or location. VendorVIP encourages vendors to be selective and only accept jobs
that are a good fit. If a job isn't suitable for you, simply respond with a "no" to
the text notification, and the job will be passed on to the next available
vendor. Declining jobs does not negatively impact your rating or risk losing
clients.

5. How do I get paid?
VendorVIP doesn't mediate transactions or take a percentage of your
earnings. The price you quote to the client is the amount you will be paid. Clients
using VendorVIP are aware of this and typically pay vendors promptly through
various payment methods such as credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, QuickBooks, or
other preferred modes of payment.
6. Who will be hiring my company?
VendorVIP works with reputable organizations such as Landlord Associations,
HOAs, companies, and individuals to create their Preferred Vendor lists. These
organizations value fair pricing and supporting small businesses. They prefer
working with smaller vendors and often need multiple vendors to fulfill their
requirements. VendorVIP allows them to connect with trusted vendors and
efficiently get their jobs done.

7. What does VendorVIP cost?
Getting started with VendorVIP is simple and free. We cover the initial
setup,
including background checks for technicians and custom company IDs with
your logo. After the initial setup, there is an annual fee of $69 for conducting
background checks on new technicians. Ensuring the safety of users is important, and
background checks contribute to that goal.
8. What if I or one of my technicians has a criminal background? How does
VendorVIP handle this?
VendorVIP takes the safety and security of its users seriously. As part of
the
setup process, technicians undergo background checks. VendorVIP starts with
a baseline of considering convictions within the past 5 years for felonies and
3 years for misdemeanors. However, it's important to note that sex crimes will
disqualify a technician from participating in VendorVIP. The specific circumstances, nature
of the offense, time that has passed since the incident, and
any relevant mitigating factors will be taken into account when making a determination.

9. How hard is it to sign up? I don't have an HR department.
Signing up for VendorVIP is easy and straightforward, even if you don't
have
an HR department. All you need is to provide your company information, including your
contact details. Inviting your technicians to complete the background check process is
simple too. Just provide their phone number and
email address, and they will receive an invitation to fill out a short application.
Once the background report is completed, we'll ask for a passport-style
photo to personalize your very own custom ID card with your company's logo.
Having a professional ID card can leave a lasting impression on your customers and enhance
your credibility as a trusted vendor.
